Dr. Annie Solberg grew up in Incline Village, Nevada, in beautiful Lake Tahoe. She graduated from the University of Nevada, Reno in 1990 with a Bachelor of Arts. She then moved to Portland, Oregon, to attend Pacific University College of Optometry, graduating in 1999 with a Doctor of Optometry degree. Dr. Solberg then worked in the Portland area as an associate in private practice. She performed comprehensive vision care for adults and children and participated as a clinician in a major FDA contact lens study. In 2002, Dr. Solberg was named an Assistant Adjunct Clinical Professor for Pacific University College of Optometry.
In 2003, Dr. Solberg moved back to Reno with her husband and son and continued working in private practice until 2016, when she joined Nevada Eye Consultants. Dr. Solberg, her husband Andy, a mechanical engineer and graduate of UNR, and their son Mason, a student at Reno High School, enjoy skiing, running, and sailing in Tahoe.
