There are three excellent options from which to choose . . .
the best is the one that will most enhance your particular lifestyle.

The cataract procedure itself is a covered service under most insurance plans.

Premium IOL Package

$2000 per Eye

Best option for the individual who would like best
distance and near vision after cataract surgery.


Surgical procedure includes:
	Insertion of a Multifocal or Accommodating near far focusing implant
	Astigmatism correction procedure(s) if appropriate

Pre-operative testing includes:
	Measurement of the curvature of the eye
	Measurement of the length of the eye
	Orb-scan measurement of the shape of the cornea
	Ultrasound measurement of thickness of the cornea
	Measurement of the size of the pupil in normal and dim light
	WaveScan evaluation with calculation of the eye's higher order aberrations as needed
	Ocular Dominance Testing
	Tests to determine the eye's tear production if needed

Post-operative care includes:
	Multiple post-op refractions
	Further astigmatism correction procedure(s) if appropriate
	Laser vision correction if needed - no charge (normally $2000 per eye)

Advanced Refractive Package

$500 per Eye

Best option for the individual who would like to achieve his/her best
distance vision but is willing to wear glasses for reading or close work.


Surgical procedure includes:
	Insertion of advanced technology Tecnis Lens or Toric (astigmatism correcting) implant
	Astigmatism correction procedure(s) if appropriate

Pre-operative testing includes:
	Measurement of the curvature of the eye
	Measurement of the length of the eye
	Orb-scan measurement of the shape of the cornea
	Ultrasound measurement of thickness of the cornea
	Ocular Coherence Tomography to evaluate macular health
	WaveScan evaluation with calculation of the eye's higher order aberrations as needed
	Tests to determine the eye's tear production as needed

Post-operative care includes:
	Multiple post-op refractions
	Further astigmatism correction procedure(s) if appropriate
	Discount Laser vision correction if needed - $500 per eye (normally $2000 per eye)

Best option for the individual who does not mind wearing
glasses for distance and for near after cataract surgery.

	Insertion of a standard implant

Post-operative care includes:
	Prescription for eye glasses
	The cataract procedure itself is a covered service under most insurance plans.
